Shoresy: Legends of the North arrives today on Xbox Series

The hockey RPG Shoresy: Legends of the North arrives this Monday, October 19, 2026, on Xbox Series. The information was published by Pure Xbox in its weekly release roundup. The game allows creating a skater and joining the Sudbury Blueberry Bulldogs. The release marks the first major adaptation of the Shoresy franchise to video games.

In Shoresy: Legends of the North, the player takes on the role of a rising athlete in the Canadian hockey universe. The goal is to combine RPG elements with sports dynamics, something uncommon in the genre. The Sudbury Blueberry Bulldogs team, familiar to series fans, serves as the starting point of the journey. Character creation offers freedom to customize the skater's appearance and skills. Pure Xbox highlighted the release among the week's top highlights on the console.

The Shoresy series, a spin-off of Letterkenny, won audiences with its sharp humor and realistic hockey scenes. The game aims to capture that same essence, bringing players onto the ice. Although not a traditional simulator, the RPG proposal includes progression, dialogue, and choices. This should appeal to both series fans and sports enthusiasts. The expectation is that the Xbox Series debut will bring new players to the franchise.

Shoresy: Legends of the North is already available in the Xbox Series digital store starting this Monday, October 19. Pure Xbox included the title in its weekly release roundup, highlighting the debut. Those who want to start playing can download the game directly on the console. There is still no information about a possible arrival on other platforms. Keep an eye on Tavern4 for more news about the Shoresy universe in games.
