Nvidia Warns Hyperscalers: AI Servers Will Become 15% More Expensive in 2027
Nvidia has notified Microsoft, Google and Oracle that prices for servers with Rubin and Blackwell chips will rise more than 15% starting from shipments in 2027. The adjustment reflects the jump in DRAM memory costs, dominated by Samsung, SK Hynix and Micron, and is expected to pressure AI infrastructure budgets.
